Bio

I'm a PhD student at the University of California, Davis in northern California. My research focuses on the plants that live on the beaches of California. One of the methods I use involves using a hobby hot air balloon to take low-altitude photos of the plants. I have experience with a wide range of software, including open source options like Quantum GIS and R.
